A Ludlow teenager is facing charges he led police on a high-speed pursuit. Trevor Allen, 17, pleaded innocent Tuesday in White River Junction District Court to misdemeanor charges of drunken driving, reckless or negligent operation of a vehicle and attempting to elude police.
